Milan Simić has been the CEO of Enetel Solutions since October.
He is 43 years old and has a two-decade long experience in strategic and tactical leadership as a member of the Executive Board, CIO and CDO of companies with thousands of employees and millions of users.
During his career, he worked on the cloud, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, IoT, CRM, ERP, AI, MA and big data projects, as well as developing digital products and services in telecommunications, banking, pharmacy, insurance and government.
He was a member of M&A teams. He participated in setting up new operations in different EU and North American countries. He is active in over 20 companies as a mentor.
He is married and has two children and as he says, much of what he does and his thoughts are shaped by his family.
As he says, reading is his passion although he often buys more books than he can read and enrolls in more online courses than he can complete.
Basically, as he points out, he believes that if you stop learning new things, you will stop doing good and useful things over time.
Rade Vujović is the President of the Roaming Solutions Group. Rade manages to bring together ICT business through the companies within Roaming Solutions Group (Enetel Solutions, B4B, Roaming Networks, Roaming Networks Security).
Upon completing his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, Rade started his career as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade and then worked as a system engineer in Telekom Srbija before pursuing business opportunities abroad. Having returned to Serbia, he joined the Roaming Group, occupying various leading positions in its companies.
A major part of his career has been dedicated to the implementation and development of software solutions for Telco operators. Therefore, he used to be project manager and designer of software functionalities and technical solutions in a variety of software development and implementation projects, such as VAS platform projects in Telekom Srbija and Ooredoo (Oman), including the implementation of Call Completion services, MMS services, SMS services, USSD services, Service Delivery platforms, mobile portals, Service Aware Charging and Control platforms, to name a few.
Rade graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering – University of Belgrade and holds the Master of Science degree.
Mladen Jovanovic is the Head of Data Science at Enetel Solutions.
Mladen spent a decade developing software and web applications in cooperation with domestic and foreign partners, after which he decided to devote himself fully to analysis and data processing.
He was the Lead Bioinformatics Analyst in the Serbian-American startup company Seven Bridges. He participated in and led several projects in collaboration with the American National Institute of Health (NIH) and National Cancer Institute (NCI), as well as with numerous pharmaceutical and biotech companies in genomic data analysis.
His main goal now is to spread awareness of how important the quality of data preservation, processing and analysis is. In addition to his work on data analysis and machine learning projects, he invests a lot of time in team development and business environment with a positive working atmosphere.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade.
In his spare time, he is into deep sea exploration. He is the current national record holder and national champion in free-diving. He’s also in the world of sport climbing. He greatly enjoys spending time in nature.
Aleksandar Vićentić is Head of Software Development and System Integration in Enetel Solutions.
He started his career back in 1996 as a programmer, system administrator and solution architect in the company Sito (member of the S&T Group since 2005). Aleksandar worked on the design and development of key banking applications and, moreover, he managed projects related to the setup of domestic payment transaction system and dinar payments in several banks in Serbia (Jubanka, Poštanska štedionica). Along with acquiring proficiency in the technical sphere at the time, he gained valuable experience in the domain of database replication, SAN storage and disaster recovery procedures.
Having joined Enetel Solution as many as seven years ago, Aleksandar is one of our most experienced engineers. As the solution architect he so far managed the following projects: FORIS billing system in Telekom Srbija, development of kernel and non-kernel modules for the Ericsson BSCS and charging system, billing system for the revenue accounting within the public transport system in Belgrade, as well as numerous integration projects of enterprise software solutions.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering – University of Belgrade. In his leisure time, Aleksandar enjoys cycling.
Branko Ivanović joined Enetel Solutions in April 2015 as Head of Software Development, bringing decade and a half of executive experience in different niches of IT, such as designing comprehensive portals and high performance and availability systems, handling Enterprise Big Data, designing Telco, E-commerce and Streaming solutions, and creating innovative mobile apps and platforms.
He began his professional career while studying at the Faculty of Economics, where he worked as a System Administrator, being in charge of network and system administration of 10+ Linux, SCO Unix and Novel servers and 300+ workstations, as well as software development in PHP and Perl. Back then, Branko published “Linux for beginners” book, and authored numerous articles in ”Mikro” magazine (“PC World Serbia”).
Before joining our team, Branko worked for Nortal, multinational company specialized in E-Government projects, where he managed a large business and technology transformation project for the Oman government in the Middle East. Prior to that, as Chief Technology Officer at Wireless Media, he had been architecting and developing numerous award-winning innovative products in Telco, E-commerce, Enterprise CMS and mobile apps spheres, delivering them to big clients in Southeast Europe and Middle East markets.
His passion about computers and programming (his first app was poker game for Commodore 64 at the age of 14) is rivaled only by his passion for basketball and Sci-Fi books. Branko holds the bachelor degree in IT and statistics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
Ivana Mosic is the Head of Human Resources at Enetel Solutions.
Ivana joined Enetel in April 2018, as a Talent Acquisition Lead. After having completed her education at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Pedagogy, she started her career as HR Generalist in the hospitality industry, after which she transferred to IT industry.
Ivana’s main goal is to support business strategy through an HR system that focuses on people’s development. She believes that cultivating human potential is not a mechanical process, but an organic one. Desired outcomes cannot be forced. All that can be done is to create the conditions under which employees can flourish.
Ivan Petrović is Head of Finance Department in Enetel Solutions. He began his career while studying economics by handling financial and administrative affairs in VIA Tours agency, together with the sales and setup of holiday packages.
Prior to joining our team, he worked in Eurobank AD, where he started as an associate on taxation, taking care of the total of company’s tax liabilities, and got promoted to the Deputy Head of the Accounting and Tax Department. As such he handled the bank’s accounting system in total, together with the reporting to the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) and maintaining the accounting software.
Ivan has a broad experience in accounting, tax and finances. His responsibilities in Enetel Solutions include taking care of company’s financial operations such as accounting, financial planning and reporting, along with monitoring of the business plan realization
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He holds the certified accountant title issued by the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia in 2012. Ivan is a recreational football player in his pastime.
