We collect information about our employees that is necessary, first and foremost, for exercising work rights. With all employees, full-time or hired in any other way, we sign the Notice on the processing of personal data – in accordance with Article 23 of the Law on Personal Data Protection. The personal data we have about our employees and other personal data kept as „personal“ (employees of our clients or others) have been assessed through the risk assessment method of the ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 standard implemented within our company, that is, all available organizational and technical measures have been taken.

Information about children

Enetel solutions d.o.o. shall not collect information on children under the age of 16 or on children without parental / guardian permission. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will erase it without delay. If you believe that we can have any information about children under 16 please contact us immediately and without hesitation.

Cooperation with regulatory authorities

Enetel solutions has appointed and designated a Data protection officer – DPO to represent the regulatory authorities within Enetel solutions d.o.o.

The DPO will ensure at Enetel solutions appropriate communication with the relevant regulatory authority in charge of privacy. The DPO will conduct investigative activities, complaints and notification of breach of their breach. The DPO will monitor regulatory changes and consult the regulatory authority where the implementation of regulatory or technological changes leads to doubt.


Should you believe that the processing of personal data has been carried out contrary to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to file an Appeal with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
